Samenvatting (Engels)	‘Collaborative Care for patients with severe personality disorders. Challenges for the nursing profession’. In this thesis, we drew attention to critical challenges for the nursing profession when implementing a Collaborative Care Program (CCP) in a population of patients with severe personality disorders. We added a feasible intervention program, which provides necessary structure for nurses who care for this patient group. Patients, informal caregivers and nurses seemed to benefit from this CCP. An innovative design was used, namely a comparative multiple case study. It appeared to be a valuable design to generate structured pilot data. Following the recommendations for more effective implemen- tation, effectiveness of Collaborative Care might be increased and tested in a future RCT.
